AVOID this place AT ALL COSTS, a complete ripoff. Charged a few hundred dollars to replace my phone screen, no big deal, but then put in a screen of much lower quality than original, I called back to see if it was a misunderstanding but was basically told that customers don't notice the difference which is why they put a worse type of screen. I went back after work to this place asking they put in a screen that was at least similar to the one I previously had, it took a few minutes of arguing until the worker told me he'd put in a better screen for $80 or so, I was annoyed but I couldn't stand the first screen they had put in so I took the bait. After I got my phone back all seemed to be going well, except the screen still wasn't in good condition and blurry. A few weeks passed and the screen started going black, the screen was still under their one month warranty so I called and they told me to go give them a visit to get it checked out at an agreed time. I went back at the agreed time only to discover they weren't open, I kept going back and calling to see when they would open to no avail, at this point the warranty was close to running out so I left a message indicating the time and date I was there so it was clear I tried going to their shop multiple times during the warranty period. I decided to go one day and they were finally open! At this point I was quite annoyed, I explained the problem and the same worker from last time told me he'd talk to his manager to get it checked out and that he'd call me the next day, I left my phone and went on with my day. A few days passed and I was starting to get worried, I went to their store and it was closed, I kept calling and they never answered and their voicemail was not working. I kept going back every day for multiple weeks and they were still closed. I talked to the owners of the business adjacent to the repair shop and asked if they had seen them, they said the repair shop hadn't opened in weeks and multiple people have also asked them the same question because the repair shop had their devices. Finally after weeks I notice they're open and immediately demand my phone back, they told me the phone was not covered under warranty because I had dropped it (I didn't). At this point I'm just glad I got my phone back, I'm left with a broken phone and a lighter wallet.. don't ever go anywhere near these scammers.

I'm only giving one star because you can't leave a review without any stars at all. FYI.... customer service is the absolute worst I have ever experienced. It took three weeks and countless excuses to get my phone back.

I had a similar experience as previous posters with no responses and paid deposits and they had my ipad since September. I received the ipad Monday (almost 3 months later) after contacting many people and jumping through hoops. The ipad was not fixed but I am relieved to have it back and got a call the next day from the owner and was able to go in and get my deposit back as well. He apologized and I understand times are hard. But all I asked for was communication during the time they had my ipad which I did not receive. Again, I did get my ipad and deposit back though.
