They were polite, efficient, and professional. Did what they were asked to do and identified some issues that will be addressed soon. Worked well with the other trades I had on site that day, too.

The people I spoke with were very nice and the gentleman who completed the work was efficient and friendly and I am happy with the results. However, I am docking 2 stars for the lack of transparency re. pricing. When I called, I was NOT told that their hourly fee would include travel time. Despite the actual work only taking 1/2 hour, I was billed for 2 hours ($265). However, this would mean my house was 45 minutes from their location (I checked directions and it was less than 30). I called the office as 1. I was not told about travel time and 2. The math didn't add up. She agreed with me and said she would talk to her manager and call me that afternoon or the next day. I never heard back. $260 for 1/2 of work is an insane amount. Had I known in advance about travel being also billed at the same amount, I would have gone elsewhere. Service: Electrical wiring repair
