The staff is incredibly caring and loving towards me and my family ! I have been to most of the therapy clinics in the ABQ. Metro area and not one of them even comes close to the service you receive at the Climbing Tree!

We started therapy at Climbing Tree in April for speech and OT. I knew I had a co-pay, so every single week I asked to make a payment towards our account and I was told not to worry about it, that they had not received anything from my insurance yet. I finally had to get our therapist to ask the owner to look into is since the office staff could not help me. I kept insisting that I wanted to pay so I didn't owe a lump sum and sure enough several months later when they finally got a statement from my insurance it was a large amount. They offered me a scholarship to help pay for the cost and when I explained that we might soon be starting OT at an equine therapy center they said the scholarship was only good for speech but they would still give it to us since they messed up and wouldn't let me make a payment. Then I get a call today today saying the scholarship was rescinded because the owner said we could not have its since we were doing OT elsewhere. We will not be returning even though we liked our therapists. Remember most of your customers are special needs parents who already have their hands full and this is no way to do business.
