I contacted John Mark and he was extremely informative and helpful in my process of building, Its rare to find someone in this industry that's honest and willing to help. John took about an hour to explain the process to me and give me alternative ideas and made suggestions to try and make the process easier. I would absolutely advise/use him as a builder moving forward and suggest him to anyway who is looking.

While driving the speed limit (25 mph) and heading east on El Pueblo (with my kids in the car) One of their vans was ridiculously tailgating me. The driver decided to go around me, get in front of me and slam on his brakes. I almost hit him! Then he decided to go about 8 miles per hour. Upon getting to the light at 2nd street he sat thru the green light until it was yellow and sped off leaving me behind the red light and turned east on Paseo. I have called the company to speak to someone three separate times but no one seems to be available to answer the phone. I am adding a picture of the van with its license plate. Maybe someone at the company will notice and reprimand this driver!
