Management Solutions Assn

Am relatively new to working with Aaron, but can see from other feedback that my experience is par for course. He is fabulous. Responsive, informative, experienced... an absolute gem to work with. I was recently hired as the new Director of Comms for a wonderful nonprofit with extremely limited resources, and apparently it had been quite some time since we'd been in touch with him. I was less than thrilled to hear this upon learning we had some significant needs that likely only he could address. Well thank goodness for us: Aaron is indeed a Saintly Solution. Couldn't possibly sing enough praise, and you wouldn't want to hear it anyway... I'm a terrible singer. Reach out to Aaron instead. He's great.

I have used Saintly Solutions for all of my web related needs for over a year. My website has never been down, remains secure, and runs flawlessly. Aaron is a joy to work with. He knows his job and he's a great person - not an easy combo to find. Especially if you've dealt with customer service at other places where you may talk to 5 different people, it's great to know it's always him handling your valuable technology. I've used him for everything from hosting, domains, adding products to my site, and helping me deal with broken technology. He is beyond responsive and goes above and beyond in every avenue. Especially if you want to be running your business and not dealing with the annoyance of constantly handling your site, he's your guy!

I've been working with Aaron at Saintly Solutions for over 5 years to run all my sites. Business, personal and even some non-profit's that I've been involved with. Web 'hosting' is something that I can find anywhere, but with the increasing level of attacks that are hitting my sites constantly I need someone who is on top of that and ahead of the curve. Someone who actually cares about their customers. The giant hosting companies implement automated scripts to do automatic blocking. Over the years I've seen Aaron work tirelessly to tweak both the speed of his platforms and the security by constantly using the best systems available, and doing the real world testing to vet new platforms for my sites. My sites have had 99.9 uptime since I started and if there's an issue it's Aaron that is letting me know about it long before my customers do, and it's fixed before it becomes a problem. This is the value that comes with working with someone who cares about what he does, rather than saving a few bucks and going with a faceless company that sees me as 'churn'. He's a pleasure to work with, incredibly responsive to what I need and helps me deliver the value that I need to deliver to my clients at a very reasonable price point.
