As you can see this place only has 3 stars & thats for good reason. These ppl are extremely unprofessional, delusional & inept liberal peons. The female Dr Roberta is clearly an under cover man hating, feminist who also has a giant almost half the wall banner of the female reproductive organ like its some alter to satan in her office.. just strange & clearly exposes her morals or lack thereof. Than when you get frustrated because her receptionist cant do her job like AT ALL then has attitude w/ me so I have attitude back even though I have every right to be upset because no one would answer for almost 30 minutes then when I finally get ahold of someone she constantly puts me on hold for more than 20 minutes at a time.. it takes 2 minutes to set up an appointment. Do not go here if unless of course you hate men & morals

Southwest Integrative Health Center is very unprofessional and has put my health at risk. I can not recommend them, at least the NP I saw named Roberta. This clinic is a stand alone independent clinic and doesn't seen as efficient with their practices. The office manager need further training also and was very rude and unprofessional.

I'm not sure where to begin except to say this was the most bizarre and horrible encounter I've ever had with a Healthcare "professional". Mr. Thomas Gammil, PA. If you have a strict cell phone policy maybe that should be communicated. When I have to ask another parent questions via text because they aren't there should I send smoke signals next time? Or should I communicate telepathically since I should have been psychic with your cell phone LAWS. It's called Co-parenting. This isn't the army Mr tightwad, you are in a medical facility where you're supposed to have care and compassion. I was just banned from the office over a cell phone and Mr Gammil refused to answer medical questions because I was taking notes about the kajillion supplements he was spouting out to a young child. He yelled and berated me like an angry child in front of my child. "LISTEN, I have a strict cell phone policy, it's distracting, you are banned from this office, never to return. " he had plenty of opportunities to politely ask for it to be put away as I was communicating to him what father said. Mr. Gammil decided to build up his anger until it came out like antoddler temper tantrum. Looks like he does this often based on the reviews. I feel sorry for his staff and any future patients. He stated pt. Would need to see a pedatric cardiologist but when I asked if he knew of any he looked at me with disgust and said "don't know". I would say poor bedside manners however there's more to it, anger issues? Ego issues? He's in no place to be giving advice let alone medical advice. Get a grip. I wouldn't trust him with the care of a cat let alone my child. You're really going to suggest a child take all of these when you don't even know what's going on? Unreal.

I had a less than great experience at this facility. I saw a nurse practitioner who could really have cared less about me being there. She didn't introduce herself when she came in and pretty much rushed through my appointment. Was quick to order a lot of labs and was ready to leave the room without even laying a hand on me or look at any of the issues I came in for. The billing had bogus charges for things that make no sense and after leaving 3 message to speak to the office manager about this I got absolutely no returned phone calls. I would not recommend this facility and would of course never return
