I guess I really should check reviews before visiting businesses. On October 1st I came to the store to purchase a new phone from a representative names Soraya. Who was making a lot of sexual jokes with insinuations towards a sexual preference.and why I should buy a pink phone case. Which I didn't make much of it. Came back October 2nd to actually buy the correct phone case. And again with the sexual based jokes about I should buy a pink case. Once I simply told Soraya. I'm not gay and I'm not a woman. So why would I buy a pink phone case? Suddenly I have to hear this child go on and on and on about I shouldn't be judgmental about gay people. After being baited with insinuating sexuality jokes. So attention to the store owner. I just spent and average of 80.00 in two days. But you just lost a few thousand do to this Google review. I would encourage you to spend a lot more time developing your team with customer service training. And at the least, teach Soraya that when dealing with customers you don't discuss the following. 1.Politics 2.Religion and 3.Sexual preferences. And that's sales training 101 Soraya.
