Ordered a half BALT sandwich and cup of green chile soup. The half "sandwich" came as a wrap. When I called, the lady said she was sorry however, that is what showed up on their ticket. Be caution when ordering because you may not get what your ordered due to the "system" either on Grub Hub's end or Savory's end. Food was good though.

Awesome customer service by owner when I contacted her with a cake issue. She offered a replacement and I’m looking forward to the best carrot cake in abq!

I have been on the phone for five minutes trying to place 2 sandwich orders, and whoever the staff was not only still after 5 minutes got the order incorrectly, then wouldn't tell me how much my food was or how long it would take after I asked them. I had to cancel my order.

HORRIBLE delivery experience. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE!!!! We ordered via GrubHub this morning and were excited to try a new place. Sadly, it was the worst delivery experience I’ve ever had. I ordered toast, and got a tortilla. They forgot TWO coffees, and, we received the wrong kind of pancakes. In addition, we were given one side of bacon and requested two. When we called the first time, the male employee working at 2pm (Oct-12-19) was somewhat kind, and said he was sorry and would talk to the manager about a refund. But then we noticed more problems with our order. We called again and were answered with an incredibly rude woman (working same day and time) who had the audacity to tell us “who orders sunny side up eggs over hard?!†To my disbelief, our receipt from GrubHub states “eggs, fried, over hard†and she wanted to argue that she was right, when I have proof of my own receipt. That, in addition to her receipt saying “tortilla†instead of “toast†and “multigrain pancakes†instead of “buttermilk pancakes.†Instead of resolving the issue maturely, the female employee went again to say it was not their fault, that we, as the customer, are to be held responsible for problems arising between this food company and their food delivery liaison. “Being understaffed†is not my problem as the customer, and not an excuse for mortifying service. We contacted GrubHub (who seem to have better customer service training for their employees) and they handled the matter in a mature and efficient way. We will continue to use GrubHub, but cya to this great textbook example of improper customer relations. The resolution would have been for the employee to acknowledge the discrepancy between both menus, sincerely express a desire to fix the problem, and make it right with the customer. Hopefully Savory Fare resolves this, and nobody in the future has this issue.
