Rude customer service over the phone. And a waiting list to just do an annual recertification is ridiculous. Id go anywhere else but here.

I went here several years ago for my first card and had a good experience with the doctor at the time. However this week I made an appointment for renewal and when I needed to cancel the appointment the girl confirming got an attitude and just slammed the phone on me. I guess I wont be using these guys anymore in the future, all I ask is for a pleasant customer experience.

Not very peaceful. Recently contacted them about about a previous provider and was met with rudeness and what seemed to be irritability. Was told that the business practice hasn't changed much and the all that I needed to bring in was money ID and card. And then told to make an appointment, 'if you wanna be seen'. I had used this companies service since 2014 but will no longer give them $$. There are many other providers out there. Find one that is kind and respectful to medical patients.
