I used to donate blood to this organization but I belive I won't anymore they call at least 6 times a day asking fr donations

I donate here regularly, they offer snacks and water prior to, during, and after donation. The staff is nice and professional. They are willing to answer questions and work very hard.

I used to donate blood and platelets all the time but this place has gone completely down hill. Last couple times i scheduled they called and rescheduled me. (Guess there isnt that big of a need for blood).

Was a long time blood donor where I previously resided. Recently relocated here and decided to pick it up again. Kinda wish I hadnt. 1) The emails are incessant. I had to postpone my first appointment and whew the emails didnt stop. Also I realize theres an increased need for blood but dont guilt me into a donation 2) When my appointment rolled around and it was time to get my blood drawn, the blood spurted (presumably a blown vein) over the right side of my body and my handmade bag (see: ridiculously expensive). For context in the 5-10 years I had previously donated blood (mostly with the American Red Cross) that had never happened. It was also a painful experience, which is not typical for me. Needless to say I will not be donating blood here in the future. And of course when leaving I asked to be placed on a do-not-call and do-not-email list and received the most passive aggressive response. Please do better and be better
