Adobe Nido Bed and Breakfast

Hubby and I stayed here nearly every year for 8 years while exhibiting at the annual Fiery Foods & BBQ Show in Albuquerque. Sarah and Rol are the absolute best hosts ever. The food is fresh, creative and yummy. The rooms are so comfortable and the jetted tub in each room is the best! I could go on forever about Adobe Nido. It's absolutely one of my favorite places on earth to stay. We can't wait to go back again!

The Adobe Nito is a great place to stay. We have stayed at the Adobe Nito on 6 different occasions when attending the Fiery Food Show. Sarah and Rol were the ideal hosts by really helping us to put on a great trade show each year while having a very comfortable place to return to after 12 plus hours working on our feet. After all of those event we are like a big family whenever we get together. I enthusiastically recommend this BnB for anyone visiting Albuquerque!

My husband and I spent a week at Adobe Nido in 2009 in order to attend the Albuquerque Balloon Festival. What a great week! The place was so beautiful, and so relaxing. The rooms were beautiful and peaceful. The breakfasts were delicious, coffee was set up and ready at the crack of dawn for us early risers. The innkeepers were friendly and helpful as we planned our low key stay. I've never been to a "high end" spa, but as far as I'm concerned, this place captured the experience of feeling completely pampered. The bathroom and towels and amenities around the room were sumptuous. On the morning we left early for the Balloon Festival, Sarah put together a "to go" bag with goodies in it since we left well before breakfast. The B&B is in an Albuquerque neighborhood, which allowed us to walk to a local supermarket and pick up snacks for our room -- and capture local color by watching jalapenos roasting in a big drum! This remains the nicest vacation, and the nicest place, we've ever stayed. Highly recommended.
