Canceled my appointment three hours before the designated time. That’s when I decided to read the reviews. Boy, was I horrified! Apparently, that is the way they frequently operate. In addition, it would seem that they also frequently make unauthorized charges on the credit card that they take to secure the appointment. I immediately went to Groupon to get refunded. Texted to let her know that if any charges were made to my card there would be legal ramifications. Not a good Groupon experience, and I think I will just deal with my natural lashes. Live and learn.

I wish I had known about all these reviews before I got the Groupon. The website on Groupon doesn't work. I tried booking an appointment through their Facebook and didn't get a response so I had to call and schedule. The address listed is not correct,not is it correct on Google. I kept calling saying I couldn't find it and it kept going straight to vm. I finally got a text saying she's on the phone and then texted me another address. I went to the address and there were no signs. She was late on top of that. When I got home and really looked...it looks like she did clusters which was not what I paid for. On top of that she charged me another$42 which was not advertised saying it was for the supplies..I wish I knew that before I tipped her because now I regret how much I gave her...she mentioned earlier that Groupon wasn't paying them out but after seeing multiple complaints... they are probably not being paid out because they are redeeming people's groupons and canceling appointments...I saw that complaint on Google and Groupon numerous times. I was not impressed with the service from booking to just getting to the place. I guess I should expect these lashes to fall off in a few days. And they want to charge$90 for a fill?! Wow! They know they have bad reviews and played victim saying people weren't being understanding and that past workers were stealing from them and not being dependable but based off of the reviews...I don't buy it...I hope nobody else buys these Groupon deals... there's some horrible pictures that people posted in their reviews. After really looking at mine they are not even and the length looks choppy...I will not be going back....very bad experience for my first time getting lashes Service: Eyelash extensions

These people steal from their clients! I used a groupon and they charged me $20 for the tint for an eyelash perm. 3 weeks later they charged $710 to my debit card! I called them and they made it seem like they were going to add the money back and acted as if they didn't know how it happened. They stopped answering my phone calls after a few days and I had to report this to my bank. Do not do business with them. They steal and as you will see there are other reviews in here that this has happened to many other people. Service: Eyelash extensions

Frauds!!! They've changed their busines name to "FRENCHIE & CO."" DONT EVER GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO!! They called & cancelled my appointment multiple times and the last time they canceled my appointment they charged my fiances card $740 !!! I think we all need to get together and start a class action lawsuit against this business for fraud and embezzlement.. Ive also learned that they've done this to many other people... Im sure when they respond to this review they will make it look like they arent at fault for anything. Lol. As you can see they dont admit to any of the issues about peoples money getting taken out of their accounts & they make it seem like people are just writing false reviews on them.. Seriously? Who has the time to write a false review especially if the company didnt do anything wrong to anyone as they seem to claim on almost EVERY review! I cant imagine how much money they've gotten away with stealing from the people that didnt realize that theyve charged thier card! If anyone is interested in going in on a class action lawsuit against this business get ahold of me on Facebook and we can talk. I dont want to put my personal info on here.. Its time some one does something about this..
