        Mike and Tom responded rapidly and insured that my car was back on the road post haste. They ironed out difficulties with my insurance company and went the extra mile to insure my satisfaction. The thieves may have stolen my catalytic converter but Downtown Tire and Automotive restored my faith in honest people.

        My husband and I were traveling across country. Right after we got out of the Mojave desert and got into Albuquerque our van stopped running. We didn't know anyone, we were nervous. We called some auto repair shops but they were not able to get to us. One recommended Downtown auto. Right from the start of our conversation with them they made us feel taken care of. They said no problem they could get to it right away. Carlos came and picked me up and took me to the motel. They did exactly what they said they would do. They fixed us right up. We love them! Service: Fuel delivery
