Quality Collision Repair

Went in with a light scratch to my tail gate. The technician gave me an estinate of $656. I told my son who works at a body shop and he cleaned it off with a rag and basic cleaner. Looks like new. The technician told me they would have to remove the tailgate to be able to repair the scratch. Don't trust them anymore.

I left my vehicle to get repaired here. It was repaired quickly and the service was good. Front desk at the body shop was great. I ran into an issue picking up my vehicle because one of the service center people gave me the wrong hours and I was in a severe time crunch but Estevan went above and beyond and took my vehicle to a separate area that accommodated the hours I needed to pick it up during the next day. If not for his help, I would've had to pay out of pocket for a rental car and I would've been without my vehicle for a weekend that I really needed it for. THANK YOU ESTEVAN

Treated me nicely. Took awhile to get the part, but wasn't Quality Collision's fault. When it did come in, they installed super quick, and it looks great! Cleaned my car for me too!

This is the absolutely most shadiest unprofessional auto shop I have ever been to in my entire life. I went to get my car painted and mirror repaired and walked out with a broken windshield 3 weeks later that they refuse to take accountability for and are saying my car was already like that! As a car enthusiast I couldnt believe what I was hearing. The employee took pictures of my vehicle in a completely different area from where we dropped it off saying they took pictures of the vehicle before they even moved it!? Bruh what! We have pictures of where we dropped it off and of my cars windshield in great condition!!!! The manager was being completely unreasonable and not listening to us at all when we kept repeating to him the pictures were staged and that we have pictures the day of drop off!! We are humble people and are disgusted with people who arent there for their fellow man anymore (They also now have stolen this picture and placed it on their website) Services: Painting, Welding
