I can't say enough about the service I received from the Ring Jimenez Law Firm. I was on my way to work one morning, when I was rear-ended. While still on the scene and feeling very shaken up, I was able to reach Ms. Ring directly by phone and she patiently guided me step by step through the process of dealing with the scene of the accident. From that point on, Ms. Ring and Mr. Jimenez took charge of my claim. They kept me well informed and were always available to answer my questions no matter how insignificant they were. My truck was 17 years old at the time of the accident, and I still can't believe the Ring Jimenez Law firm was able to settle my claim for more than enough money for me to purchase a NEW vehicle.
