My real issue is that when they went back to "see what's going on back there" as was agreed upon in the first place, I was changed another $.179 and first said it was because they didn't have access inside the house,. Well they never asked. When Paco asked for access on Monday I gave access no problem. So then the additional charge became the price for the troubleshooting process... It doesn't matter, he said they would check it out in the first place. They (Paco did all the work) said the job was complete and I was billed. Then I was charged again for what was part of the original estimate and a detail that we agreed upon then he gave me the estimate. I'll go back there this weekend to make sure there are not problems back there that I was not told about. I suspect there are ducts blown lose or ruptured where he assured me today is all in tact. he owner gave me an estimate to replace some ducting and as part of that estimate he said he/they actually his laborer who did all the work. Would go back to where the AC ducting comes in and check to find out "what's going on back there". As the project went buy, it was determined that I needed a lot more work that originally estimated (I agreed with that). So the 3 flex ducts that we thought needed splicing actually were all replaced the second day of work (all Paco's work) I let him in the house to finish out at the vents inside. They said the work was done on Monday. The Bill was for $998.56 Estimate was for $390. I found that several of the vents in the house did not have air flow so I called them back and asked what was the problem. The owner said they didn't know and so went back to the house to further investigate which was part of the original estimate This ended up being a recommendation to replace all the ducting in the back of the house for $1600
