Everyone at Dr Busby's has always been extremely helpful and respectful. I really appreciate Dr Busby's taking the time to explain everything - not only do I get my eyes taken care of, but I learn some stuff, too - bonus! :-)

I have been a patient at Dr. Busby's clinic for several years. I have gotten at least three exams and four sets of glasses. Dr. Busby and his staff have always been very professional and helpful. The prices for exams are quite reasonable. I currently live in Tyler, Texas, but go back to Dr. Busby when I need eye care. The price for an eye exam in Tyler is more than two and half times as much as Dr. Busby charges.

Got an eye exam here a few months ago and that went fine. The issue i have is with the woman who ordered my lenses. I had my own frames so they just had to replace the lenses. I don't even know her name but she has one of the worst attitudes ever. I came in on a Friday over a week ago to have the frames adjusted and to ask about an extra charge on my bill. She complained about being the only one there so she couldn't help with my bill issue. I came back today because my frames still aren't adjusted properly and to ask about my bill. To be fair, the bill issue had been resolved and the receptionist promptly handled that. Once again, I asked to have my frames adjusted because they're still sliding and that other woman just stares at me and says she can't do it. I guess the issue is my having my own frames or maybe she has an issue with me because another customer walked in and she was all smiles. Alamogordo doesn't have a lot of options, but pick somewhere else if you want decent customer service.
