    Great service and great prices! Couldn’t be happier with the outcome! I was camping and from out of town and was jn Cloudcroft and I realized I forgot the hose and mask to my CPAP. That’s literally a trip killer for me because I cannot get a good nights without those things. Thankfully, after a quick call and a short drive, everything was back on track! The team, definitrly saved the day!

    This place cant seem to get their job done, just need to be able to approve a prescription. We've been mailed multiple letters saying to return the cpap machine and told by employees to not worry about it since a doctor approved it with are health insurance. After talking to employees multiple times cant get prescription services approved from this company. Just gonna have to bring the machine back and my wife will have to go without her medical supplies.

    This company lacks professionalism and basic business decency. My husband was prescribed a CPAP machine, and this company was chosen to provide it. The original delivery of the equipment into his possession took a couple weeks after the prescription was ordered. Delivery was dependent on a technician who is available very briefly only once weekly to issue the equipment and instruct on the use of it. The technician spared maybe 5 minutes for the instruction, and gave a distinct impression that he was not open for any questions or in-depth inquiries. The CPAP was brought home and used as prescribed, with some difficulties related to the mask that was provided. Quite unexpectedly the next morning, my husband was contacted by phone regarding the quality of the experience of the CPAP, which was monitored remotely via an internal modem. Over a few days and more phone calls, back and forth, the CPAP and its associated parts became more familiar and could be managed with little to no remote assistance. Much of the information shared on the phone calls would actually have been helpful had it been provided at the initial issuance and instruction, in person, by the the technician who seemingly couldn't be bothered. It's months down the road now. At no time was my husband informed he would be responsible for any costs associated with this machine or its use (Medicare-that we paid into through payroll taxes, and private insurance-that we pay, are covering it). Today we received a bill for Modem Rental. The current amount on the bill is $20. Not a large amount, but the point is there shouldn't be any charge as we were NEVER informed of any additional financial responsibility. Upon calling Rotech today (multiple calls, many lengthy periods of time on hold, being transferred to a line that doesn't get answered, going round and round the phone loop) regarding this charge, we are informed that another month has since been billed, so we actually owe $40. My husband asked for a cancellation of the modem service, and he was told it would be effective. If you're considering obtaining a CPAP from Rotech, beware they do not disclose basic information in a transparent manner, and their customer service is greatly lacking.

    Had a slight emergency while passing through Alamagordo. I left my CPAP hose at home This was the only place that would help me Without an RX. Gave me a hose for free and made sure it fit my machine. Thank you so much!!!
