Service okay and the people who work there are generally nice. Sometimes you have to call a bunch (which is frustrating) to get a response but they come through in the end.

Deplorable customer service. We had the system installed not even a full 4 years ago. Filters were changed yearly with them, and all was fine. This year my husband wanted to change himself, so asked if we can purchase the filters from them. I arrived to buy the filters to find that apparently one of the main ones was not available. No problem. He said to come in next week, as it will arrive by then. From then on, a goose chase started, almost a DOZEN messages for the next 3 weeks with his secretary and employees, asking to please check if filters arrived. They would take the message, say no problem, and never get back to us. We wound up replacing with several different types of filters, but with each new set, the water was still horrible, and tested very contaminated on the filters. So we wound up getting it tested, and looks like the system itself was no longer functioning. We left MORE messages, and emailed, saying please to come look at your filtration, as it's been a month of no clean water, it despite new filters the system is not filtering. And NOTHING! I have never dealt with anything close to this. $4,000 later, with two separate house referrals, and he didn't even want to bother calling back! What tests a good business? Not when they take your money nicely in the begining, but rather how they handle problems that may occur. Stay away!
