        Everytime I look at the cheap tanzanite stone this jeweler put in my ring, I am disgusted. This was over 10 years ago. I had a beautiful antique diamond ring and I wished to replace the stone. They put in a cracker jack box tanzanite stone. I saw it the other day in my jewelry box because I never wore it. People are even more disgusting these days. I would bewate!!!!

        Excellent customer experience here. Needed to update some jewelry appraisals and I found Dawn after an extensive search for a qualified appraiser in New Jersey.  She was fantastic; a true expert in her field. And she also restrung (hand knotted) a 40 inch set of pearls that were quite old. Not only that, she offered some tips of the many ways they could be worn.  Way over and above.  The entire store is beautiful and the staff is friendly and helpful. This is the only place I will go for my jewelry repairs and appraisals.

        My husband and I went to Devon Jewelers to have my engagement ring made larger due to swelling from a medical issue. We had the privilege of working with Kathy and by the time we left the store, we decided to reset my Diamond in a magnificent new updated Setting for my 25th Wedding Anniversary. It was a sincere joy to be a client of Kathy at Devon. We had no intention of resetting my ring however with Kathys expertise and endearing personality, we made the decision. There are no words to describe the outstanding experience we had and how excited I am to wear my new ring. There are no words to appropriately articulate how beautiful my ring is and we are already making plans to reset my diamond necklace.
