Can never get anyone to answer the phone when I call. They do not respond to emails, and sometimes there is not even a person present during normal business hours. Gym often is left dirty. Paint is peeling, not all of the exercise equipment is fully functional, and even some of the televisions are inoperable. I've been a member of this franchise for almost 6 years and I've watched them steadily decline, not just at this gym, but others such as the one in Williamstown which closed down. I am definitely considering taking my business elsewhere, a 24/7 gym is convenient, but definitely not worth the price they ask for what I'm currently getting.
