Every time I've gone there, there's been a problem with my order. Last time, they gave it away to someone else. I will not go back

I love everything about this place!!!! Food is outstanding!!!! Service is excellent, all the kids are so nice! I eat here at least once a weekso good!!!

The glory days of the previous 5 star service (former location hosted the gentleman owner and a younger superb front desk) have long been gone. I moved out of the area some years back, and when in town, I visited, but my past 3 visits were less than pleasurable. I can say adding the word "honey" to a rude delivery of front desk service is not service, it's subpar on any level. Last visit, the front desk was rushing the two previous guest before me, and they were notably frustrated. The woman would say "baby" and "honey" to soften up her snappy attitude. That is local dive bar service and sad to experience it here.. Today I came in for my usual order and the young lady picks up the phone while I'm ordering, completed another order (takes credit card info and all) then return to me and ask me if I would like a drink. Yes, please pour me a tall glass of manners and proper ettiquite. I waited 3 visits to consider this review, but after watching a guest come in, wait ( no one attended her) she then asked if she should be waiting or if she should seat herself. The front desk woman said, "Yes, sit yourself, but if you want a slice order here,"" This was alongside the large sign that states."Please wait to be seated." It's a shame what the CS or lack thereof has made this place feel like. While I know it's not all, I'd suggest those ladies in front be placed where they can better deliver/execute some other task because the front desk isn't it. Let me note, I've seen management of places respond to Google reviews. However, Google isn't the prompt for this review, so no damage control attempts are needed here. Rather, work in-house and acquire some socially competent front desk personnel. Your current group ( I was there last Tuesday evening and this morning) is far from customer service savvy.
