        They try to get dates that help them estimate your age. HS and or college graduation dates are unnecessary until an offer is made.This is illegal! Get conversations recorded and contact NJ Department of Civil Rights.

        'What a waste of my time. Mike De Niscia did not answer at agreed upon times and never returned my call. Then emails to make an excuse so I give him the benefit of the doubt and plan for the next day. Same thing happens. When I called him out on his lack of professionalism and common courtesy rather than apologizing he made implied threats. STAY AWAY
