Jacole sound was great !! It took him less than 30 mins. He was extremely professional and fast, and he knew exactly what he was doing so I could tell this wasnt his first rodeo ! I trust him to mount my future TVs. Thank you so much guys I love it !!!

Jonathan and his assistant are great-- he explained everything- answered my questions-- if and when i need an electronics man he is definitely the man we will call-- he is knowledgeable, efficient , courteous and pleasant I AM POSTING UPDATE --- After jonathan left i had to call him to ask for assistance on the functions.of yhe remote he programmed-- he told me he would be happy to come by and help us and give us written instructions on the operation-- actually he insisted he wanted to come--HE MADE 2 APPOINTMENTS AND NEVER CAME OR CALLED--I HAVE BEEN TEXTING AND CALLING WITH NO REPLY FROM HIM-- it's a shame-- he seemed decent and we even gave him an extra $30 when he did the job-- WE ARE VERY DISSAPPOINTED AND ARE UPDATING THIS FOR HIS UNRELIABILITY -if he does contact us and explain we will certainly update but at this point we would have to say not to use his service

Jonathan is extremely professional and prompt. He returned my call within 15 minutes and my installation was scheduled within a matter of a few days. Jonathan provided options regarding my installation and I could not be happier with how seamless this process was. Jonathan could not have been more kind and friendly and even put up with my two puppies who wanted to be his helpers. I would highly recommend Jonathan for all installation needs.
