        BEWARE ... I ordered flowers to be delivered in Philadelphia, the flowers were never delivered. I called spoke with the owner who indicated they do not deliver outside the Burlington County area. There was no disclaimer on their website, and while explaining my dissatisfaction and of course the disappointment of not receiving a text, call or email, his response was, “well you were not charged” then he rudely hung up. What a poor customer experience!
