So this is no reflection on my dr. Dr.Floyd is amazing. I really like him a lot. But something is going on with the staff. I had a prescription that needed a preauthorization. Its been 11 days and nothing. I called my insurance company and they have 0 record of the pre-authorization. Then when I used the app to message and get confirmation the pre-auth had been sent I get a screen shot of the prescription. No hello, or a greeting just a screenshot of completely useless information that I didnt ask for. I just wonder what could have happened if this was a life or death prescription I needed. 11 days is ridiculous. By the way this is not the first time it has taken them literal weeks to process a pre-auth. This has happened at least 2x before.

I had an appointment for a TB test with a nurse for a new job and my appointment was at 3. I sat there for an hour until and kept asking for updates on when I would be seen because it usually on takes 5 minutes. Turn out the nurse was having a conversation thats why I was sitting for almost an hour for an appointment that took less than 60 secs to complete. I also had a form for a physical that needed to be filled out l. When I called about dropping it off they said they could have it ready by my next appointment. I called every day after the appointment checking in the paperwork because I could not work or earn money to pay my bills without and everyday they were clueless as to when the paperwork would be done. Eventually I spent my last couple dollars on a new physical after calling and checking on the form and on the very last day it had been completed after spending the last of my money. I hate this place with everything inside of me.

It's sad I have to give this location such a low score because everyone was nice but one person who was unprofessional. This person rudely peeked into the room and spoke to the nurse who was entering my info and spoke about how I was assigned the wrong doctor and I should have been assigned someone else. Then the person said I can still be seen just let it be known what we want to do then quickly walked out. This person obviously had no care and no interest!! When this person came in to see me this person pointed to the computer and pointed to the screen complaining about being chosen instead of the correct person for appt. Then the person had me take my shoes and socks off as if my feet were going to he looked at(yes, a podiatrist but I won't say the name or gender but I can always edit later). The person told me who the correct doctor is and what day that doctor works...stood up and the person's voice got lower as the person slickly faded out of the room ending the appt. I didn't know what the hell just happened...cause the person NEVER EVEN CHECKED OUT MY FEET!!! The hell was the point of going to that place. Sadly I have to go back cause the soonest I can see any correct doctor is at this location everyone else was fine but then again I only saw everyone else for about a minute or two except the nurse before the podiatrist came in. I hate going to Willingboro for anything medical. 8-16-23 Completely different experience because it was pretty much a completely different staff today. They brought in the all-star team today so I bumped it up from a one star to a three star. I'm sure the next visit will bump it up even more. Good job Cooper.
