We dealt with this company on one small order and they demanded any payment before even giving us a mock up of our design.
We have worked with printing companies in the past and they have always provided a mock up without payment up front so we can see their design and we can approve it.
When we addressed this the owner became quite dismissive and showed some attitude. That is not the proper approach to take with new customers or any customer.
We took our business elsewhere.

This place is awesome! This is the 2nd time we've gone here for embroidery. Very professional and very nice people! Zach is wonderful. Highly recommend University Fashions for anyone who needs embroidering done!
