        The most irresponsible people. They initially talk friendly but once you provide the details, they don't care for you. I had sent all the necessary design files and shipped my current molds to be corrected. They have been sitting on design files for months and after receiving the molds, they tell me they are very busy and didn't have time to PROVIDE A QUOTE. If they didn't have time to provide a quote, they shouldn't have made me ship the molds in the first place. They make you wait forever, first to provide a quote itself. God knows how long you would have to wait to get the actual molds.
