So they took a part of the money from the claim, and then pulled in their contractors to help on a job when they weren’t asked to, and we’re told to ask for my permission first. They are a scam. Avoid at all costs. You never need a public adjuster. And NEVER go with LIBERTY!!

With so many other reputable public adjusters out there, don't pick THEE worst one (liberty). They tell you up front that you'll have all your expenses taken care of then they dissappear for 14 months (not before getting your signature) then you get a HUGE bill from your contractor because liberty cut themselves a check prematurely and act like they have finished thier job.

My landlord hired Liberty Public Adjusters when we had a pipe break in the finished basement of the house. As the main tenant of the house, I was there when the adjusters came out and had quite a bit of contact with our adjuster throughout the process. Liberty Public Adjusters helped with the initial cleanup and had complete control of the claim, which made things very easy and got us the money needed to get the basement back to how it was prior to the pipe break.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! They are useless. All lies and only want easy money they can steal from you. They will not look out or fight for your claim to be won. Do yourself a favor and walk away immediately.
