G-Cab was always the cab I took home from grocery shopping because they were always prompt and you didn't have to wait long. Today however, was a different story. Today I was left STRANDED by the driver with no explanation or anything. I waited OVER 2 hours for this ride today. I tried contacting the driver but there was no response. I then tried calling the main number and again, NO response. I played hell trying to reach them. At least a half hour or more went by before I heard from the office that they couldn't get ahold of the driver AND was trying to find me a driver. The 2nd driver NEVER came either. Thank god for nice employees at Walmart because if it weren't for 2 of their employees, I wouldn't have been able to get home. I will NEVER take G-cab again. I will be taking Lyft for now on.
