We had trouble igniting the pilot light on our gas fireplace. Since we had O’Neil’s service our Fireplace last year, my husband contacted them thinking we would need a service call. Much to our surprise, Chris walked my husband through the problem, (even face timing,) to help him resolve the issue. Talk about being a honest business!! It is reassuring to know that O’Neil plumbing provides excellent service but they have integrity. Service: Heating maintenance

$325 to replace a garbage disposal that sells online for $80-90. Bill was not itemized. When I inquired he said labor rate was $125/ hr. Seems high for a non-emergency during regular business hours. My property manager already diagnosed the issue. (they also charged me)
