      image I approached the register with a full cart of goods. NO may I help you; NO can I help the next customer;NO greeting of any kind. Now Rachel is approximately in mid to late 60s in age. I approached the register. I started to explain to Rachel that a couple of items were mispriced. Rachel became defensive, sarcastic & all around rude. She spoke so fast I couldn't keep up with her badgering me. Honestly, she was so agitated I was a bit frightened. NOT SURE why a full grown adult woman would have such behaviors?? ?? ??
      THANK GOD for Leah! Leah appeared. Leah was professional, knowledgeable & pleasant to speak with. If it wasn't for LEAH I would have abandoned that cart ASAP; gotten out of that store; NEVER TO RETURN. THANK YOU Leah for your dedication to your job & taking care of this customer properly. I give LEAH 1K STARS IF I COULD.
