I dont usually do reviews but felt this was necessary to share my positive experience at this store. I upgraded my Samsung Galaxy S5 to a S9 and even though I was nervous, the sales rep John was very patient and professional. He explained everything about the differences between the phones and helped set me up so I didn't lose important information. He didn't rush me like I've experienced at other Verizon stores and will definitely be visiting this store and seeing John in the future for all of my phone needs. Thanks!

THIS IS WHY I DREAD GOING INTO VERIZON. I thought I had a great experience until I reviewed the next months bill. My phone was purchased November 11th at 1:39pm. The guy working there placed an insurance plan on my phone without my consent and charged me $19.99 for set-up assistance???? Are.you.serious, had this guy taken the time to have a real transparent conversation and not act like a sleezy sales guy I would of been informed of a $19.99 set up fee. What did he even set up? He lied straight to my face by telling me there was no cost for him helping me turn the phone on and download an app that allowed me to transfer my data. He even went out of his way to bash the Apple store saying they would not help me there. I truly want the $19.99 refunded as he did nothing for me I could not have done myself. As well as charged me $11.99 for a months insurance.
