CareOne at Hanover

My mom is one of the newest additions to to the residency. The staff has been very attentive and engaging. If problem arise; they address these very quickly with affective solutions. Mom is very satisfied with the food, care, and recreation. I can also vouch for the food which is excellent and well balanced. There have been new people added to the group; including leadership who are super considerate of the residents and their families.

Recently my uncle was here for care, per my sister upon visiting him: This is the worst place ever. my uncle, his catheter overflowed. When I got here with my girlfriend, there was a urine all over the floor and his pants are drenched. I went to the nurses station and they told me they cleaned him up which was a total lie because I had to clean it up myself, but I cant without any gloves. I cant believe how poor the staff is here.

I wish I could give negative 3 star review. SEVERELY understaffed. 90% of staff hates their job. If theres anything you can do to keep your loved one out of this place DO IT. Id give some specific, but I fear retaliation by the staff.
