I never write reviews, but I could not believe how I was just talked to by Kim. I was following up on a call that I made yesterday with Kristen (Who was super nice) to rent a spot for a 5th wheel. She told me she had to go through Kim and Kim will contact the appropriate person that handles the rentals and will call me back. I never received a call back, so I followed up today. I spoke with Kristen again and she gave me Kim's number to call her directly. I call her and the first words that come out of her mouth is well, you were not my priority, I actually have a job to do. I asked what exactly her job was. She than informed me that the place is a trucking place and she had to email the person who handles the rentals. Ownership changed a year and a half ago. I said, well I didn't know that. I would have called the person who handles the rentals, but for some reason she had to contact her. Sorry to bother you when you are the only one that could contact her.
