John Matthes Septic Pumping

My mother who is living on a fixed income called for someone to pump out her septic tank for weeks, it was overflowing. They finally returned her call but charged over $1K. It is a very small tank and is emptied once a year. Last year a different company charged $340 which seems reasonable. No explanation was given for the charge, but she had to pay it.

I had an amazing experience with John Matthes Septic. I called with an emergency and even though they were booked they fit me in for that day. The office staff was so pleasant and professional in assisting me with setting up the appointment and explaining the costs. The driver was on time and equally as professional explaining the issue I was having. I would totally recommend this company to anyone that needs their septic pumped out or needs emergency service.
