The rating is not for my therapist Franklin, he is amazing! It is for the disappointment I have with corporate. I have been going to PT since end of August. Mine is a workers comp claim and found our yesterday that next Friday is my last day there because corporate decided the Westwood location will no longer handle workers comp claims??? 7 months in and almost done with therapy and I cant go there anymore? What? I understand you may not take on new patients, but to let your patients go elsewhere is crazy. Let us finish out our therapy since I have been with Franklin for 7 months? Then to advise about a week prior next week is your last session here? Terrible. Why would you make a decision to have patients leave when the carrier pays them weekly? Not a bright decision as it doesnt look good for your company!

My physical therapist, Franklin, was very friendly and knowledgeable of what I needed to get better and become more mobile. He taught me stretches and exercises that I worked into my gym workout after I leave here. He is a supportive and competent professional.

Twin Boro for PT was an excellent choice for me. I had chronic shoulder pain. Since I got treatment from Olivia, its noticeably better!
Olivia is knowledgeable, caring, responsible happy n dedicated PT. Im also pleased with the office staff lady.

I severely injured my leg/ankle. After many specialists (knee,ankle,etc) I chose to go to Twin Boro PT in Westwood. My left calf was almost double the size of my right calf and I could not curl the toes on my left foot. The physical therapist that was assigned to me was Karolina Adamkiewicz. With the combination of exercise,electrical stimulation and massage therapy my calf is back to normal and I am curling my toes on my left foot. Every one there was exceptional! I mean everyone!!!!!!!
