Farmhouse Cafe & Eatery Westwood

Atmosphere real good, food decent, service good. Would I go back, not sure. For the price paid on brunch, could have been more UMPH. Ordered steak tips with hash browns and eggs. Was supposed to be somewhat covered with sauteed onions (not) and the hash browns were soggy underneath. Pita bread side was not toasted. Steak a bit chewy. Partner Ordered grilled chicken sandwich with pesto and roasted red pepper, accompanied by salad, which looked more like a taco shredded topping. Sent back for fries....solved.Two somewhat menus slightly different were presented, so another problem arose, whose wait staff could not figure out why. Problem all the time is when one is real hungry, you will immediately forgive all circumstances.

The food was great when it finally arrived! Not sure if its what I ordered but I got the Shakshuka and my partner ordered the chipotle fried egg sandwich. He loved it and I enjoyed mine. Our waiter was sweet and efficient but our food took over 20 minutes to arrive and there werent many people there as we arrived when they opened.. I thought the delay was because it was early but we noticed tables which came after ours eating way before we did. We could potentially go back but I wouldnt come hungry as I would need to be prepared to wait.
