I recently took my elderly mother to get power of attorney and other important forms done and we worked with Melanie Ritter. She put my mother at ease and was so kind. I highly recommend Melanie if you need any help.

We were referred to Maines & Weinberg by a fellow parent in our school district. They were just amazing to work with. The knowledge they have with the special education system/laws and the ability to get our childs needs met was invaluable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing assistance in advocating for their childs needs.

We were introduced to the firm after problems started arising with our sons public school placement. They did fantastic work for us about 4 years ago. However, we’ve been ghosted since then. (Along with our $1K+ retainer.) A stupidly simple legal process was promised to be done “immediately” then ignored for 4+ years. Recent calls have not been returned. I’d find someone else.
