Master Memorials

Master Memorials, a subsidiary of Sprung Monuments, botched an update to my parents' gravestone. What their engraver did was inexcusably stupid or careless. I cannot look at the marker now without feeling disgusted by the shoddy workmanship. If you want a monument for your loved one that will not be a perpetual embarrassment, go elsewhere. Under no circumstances should you consider Master Memorials / Sprung Monuments.

My name is Joan a Sheridan, spouse of Joseph Sheridan whose inscription was completed early in 2018. This is my daughter Anne Lang's google account, but I wanted to give a review for your services. Sprung Memorials were very helpful in expediting the completion on the inscription in a timely manner and matched it flawlessly to the front inscription on the headstone. I was very pleased with the results and they kept me in the loop especially with the winter weather as to a completion date..great work!
