BEWARE OF renting any properties from this scam artist company. Almost a year has passed and I still haven't got my security deposit back.. I have been getting the run around for nearly a year . Finally taking them to court to get my deposit back.. Also reporting them to the BBB. Have sent certified letters to them and call them every week and still nothing. Just filed a claim to sue them for my deposit.

I am Dr Philip K Murphy, ThD, CCCJS, Renting out the apartment out from under a young professional couple has caused an awful backlash. It caused my daughter and her husband horrible anguish, not to mention my wife and myself. She is a Doctor of Physical Therapy starting her first licensed Job,and her Husband is an Engineer. The fact that the apartment was rented out from under them without a call as promised is disgraceful for a Management Company. They had the contract and money sent along with the entire move set up! You should have called them if you had any doubt at all about the rental. You had a contract even before the money was sent in this case, but most of all do you or anyone at your company have any idea the position you put this young couple in? This is a horrible practice for a business like yours which needs to gain the public’s trust. I could never recommend your company to anyone I care about.

My husband and I had a very sketchy and upsetting situation dealing with this company. We made a deal over the phone regarding a place and I was sent the lease that evening. That night, the lease was printed and the next morning, the signed lease and check were in the mail along with an email sent to the property manager that everything was on its way. The reply was, "great, I will let you know when we receive it." Thinking everything was fine, I purchased additional furniture, changed my address for renter's insurance and set up an appointment with Xfinity to come out and set us up. A little less than a week later, I emailed the property manager asking if our information was received as I had not heard. A couple days after that, I received an email that stated that as the lease hadn't yet been received, the apartment was rented out. I called not even 5 minutes later and no answer. I emailed and called and my husband called and we left multiple messages which were and have not been responded to by the "property manager", Jennifer. John Ward returned my call the next day and seemed very sorry and stated that he would assist us in finding a place but really only sent us links to apartments we could have found ourselves by googling and thess places were no comparison to the original place. My husband and I then had to travel to NJ to scramble and find a place to move into 1 week later as our move out date was already scheduled with our landlord. Unfortunately the really put us in a crummy and upsetting situation and I would never trust them or recommend them to anyone. Obviously they care more about money than people. You can do better people.
