Gita was extremely rude and even hung up on my wife who went out of her way to assist with correcting an incorrectly billed charge for our toddler.
We spoke to multiple customer service reps at our insurance company who all stated there was no issue on our end and instead it was indeed an incorrect billing issue on Somersets end.
Gita (President lol) was extremely rude, unhelpful, and not at all willing to assist with our medical billing issue.
All it took to correct this issue was for Gita to simply call our insurance company and discuss it with them. She refused to do so, and told my wife it was her responsibility instead. However, everyone at our insurance company said they simply needed a call from the billing department to correct this minor issue.
I guess this was too much for Gita.
There are plenty other resources out there for your billing needs. Places where the customer, not Gita, is always right.
