        What is wrong with this company? I've been trying since August (it is now March) to have them pay for BENEFITS THAT I HAVE!! 30 hours on the phone... I'd give negative stars if possible: -*Get different answers to the same questions from different reps and the automated check. -*Most customer service reps do not seem to be in the USA. -*Website constantly has issues. -*Deny coverage for Dr. prescribed meds, so I can't get the my healthcare needs met without paying more. -*Deny coverage for Dr. prescribed tests, so I can't get my health care needs met without paying more. -*Want me to do other things before approving tests, which would ultimately cost them MUCH MORE than just approving what the Dr. clearly thinks is best for me. -*Even if I paid out of my own pocket for the meds/tests, they won't apply that amount to my deductible or my maximum out of pocket expense. -*I'll stop there, but could go on. This shows how insurance companies, not Drs and not patients, are in charge of our health. Now that is SICK!

        The worst , sends you to the worst places and then you have to pay outta pocket for medications I wish I never would've switched from well care to horizon smh
