The Medical Group PA

Truly, one of THE best medical Drs I have ever been to. With so much history with genetics in my family, as well as my own health issues, I am not an easy Client, sometimes requiring almost immediate assistance. Yet time and time again, this team comes through for me. From the lovely ladies who manage the office and phones, to the assistance of his medical staff who are kind as well as smart and helpful, to the absolute perfection of Drs on staff (mine being Dr. McCabe, what a wonderful man...God bless him), I have been blessed for the last ten years of my life with this most professional staff. I find it most unusual in today's Society, as you hear others talk of more bad than good when it comes to being taken care of in a Medical setting, and yet I truly lucked out. Unfortunately, this Site limits you to five stars, I would give them an infinite amount! They are that fabulous.

What is up with never getting back with test results, even after promising multiple that they will call the next day?  I guess I can call the lab myself, but maybe I don't want to know or no news is good news?

I'd give 10 stars if I could. Every time I've gone to Dr. Ruffini, he has been spot on with his diagnosis and treatment plan. He's extremely considerate of individual needs (I have horrible white coat syndrome) and does not order unnecessary tests just to charge extra. He always spends time actually listening to me and making sure he's understood me and I've understood him. For appointments, there isn't always an availability but he works you into his schedule. If you have tests done, you do get a call with the results. His office staff aren't the friendliest but they're in no way rude. Having worked in busy doctor's offices, I know how hard it can be to be social and actually get your work done. Bottom line is, he's an amazing doctor and going to him has helped me tremendously. Hope this can help someone else.
