Gianna was my in home PT after total knee replacement. Her kindness and support were key to my recovery. I looked forward to her visits as she cheered on my progress. She explained all the exercises and answered all my questions about the surgery as well. I highly recommend her and her service to anyone recovering from orthopedic surgery.

I've recently gotten a whole bunch of services from this agency. While nobody wants to need their help, the smiling faces of each provider we interacted with made every day better. Particularly incredible was PT Gianna who (without going into detail) has been an excellent physical therapist and professional listening ear...helping us to navigate a confusing situation in an incredibly complex healthcare system. She has paid attention and noticed things that have enabled us to act quickly in an acute situation. Invaluable when time is of the essence. If I could hire her to continue...I would. We've also had excellent care from OT Katie, and RN Keisha. The nurses seem to change up the most, but everyone who was sent to work with us was professional, kind, and patient. They are limited in their time, but every single provider has been generous with their expertise and kindness. None of this is easy, but working with good people has made it seem a little less impossible.

Patient Care provided post-surgery treatment in my home after my hip replacement last month. The nurses who came were kind and attentive, but the most crucial post-op care was provided by my physical therapist, Gianna. She expressed a genuine interest in my recovery and instilled a great level of confidence that she understood my issues and was there for me, providing advice, support and expertise in those early, crucial days of my recovery. Giannas expert knowledge of the science and mechanics of the body are impressive, but her empathy and ability to tune into the patients personal health and sensitivities set her apart and set me up for complete recovery and beyond.

The whole team was excellent. They were all extremely helpful, encouraging, knowledgeable, and kind. Tiffany, Gianna, Megan, and Katie all helped my husband recover and they called his doctors with questions about medications and other issues, to make sure everything was on track. They all had very useful suggestions on how to make our home safer. Everyone showed a lot of care for his emotional and physical health. He still uses the PT exercises that Gianna gave him, and her help in using a cane made him much more secure with walking. Each person's input was tremendously valuable, and helped him to get stronger. We both recommend this service without hesitation.
