Blo Blow Dry Bar

Really bad customer service. Do not recommend.

This salon and staff here are really unprofessional and I will never return. I hope someone from Corporate sees this review and trains them in customer service, because they are lacking. I've been here before for a Blow out and it was fine but they just push products on you-- they told me my hair was dry and damaged so I can buy their products and are super pushy. I understand you want to sell products but don't insult your customer. So I was already turned off by this. I made another appointment because I was in a pinch and I tried calling them to say I'm running a few minutes late and no one answers the phone. I tried calling multiple times to let them know, still no answer. Then they TEXTED me to let me know they can't come to the phone, and they cancelled my appointment because I was late when I couldn't get in touch with anyone. Customer service -0000000. You don't treat your customers like this. On top of it all the Blow outs are $45. Service: Hairstyling

What a fabulous salon! I had an awesome blowout with Tanesha. She is very skilled and knew exactly how to handle my hair which can often be challenging. I appreciate that I am always taken on time for my appointment at this location. This is my new go-to place and I will be booking again with Tanesha.

The stylists are professional and friendly. The hours are very convenient. The salon is always immaculate. Highly recommend!!!

My hair looked really lovely when I left and lasted for days. However, I had a lot of products in my hair which made my scalp very itchy and flaky.
