It took a while to get a new patient appointment, but aside from that, everything was fine. She saw me promptly after my arrival, listened intently to my concerns, and gave me detailed information and instruction.

I have seen Dr. Nagia for about 6 plus years for my narcolepsy. Dr. Nagia has both a caring and knowledgeable personality and I never have any issues with him.

Dr. Raval does not give his patients the time of day. In had high hopes for this doctor as he was the attending physician when checked into the hospital, however the reviews here are very accurate. I am not sure why he leads with an ego vs compassion and understanding for his patients. He was over an hour late for my husband's appointment- no apology! He gave us 9 minutes of his time. He did not listen to our concerns and was very dismissive. When I called the office to again advocate for my husband he did not return calls. It was my persistence that forced his nurse Catherine to call me back. She was only able to reiterate what the doctor said previously as he ran out of the exam room. Do yourself a favor and see a different doctor. Dr. Raval is an uncaring narcissist and really should retire...it's time to hang it up...he lacks fundamental qualities of a doctor ...compassion, being a good listener, spending time with patients...being on time or at least apologizing for being so late. THE WORST!
