        You're rolling the dice with Don's Shore Cleaners. Everything was fine after 2 years of using them until I asked them to clean a tie and they destroyed it, creating several snags in the tie. When I asked why they didn't show me the damage when I picked it up, they claimed that they did not do the damage. Why would I clean a damaged tie that couldn't be worn? They had every opportunity to tell me that they could not do the job, yet they went ahead, destroyed the tie, and then claimed that I brought it in that way. Crazy that they're more comfortable calling their customer (now ex-customer) a liar than taking responsibility for their actions. All they offered me was a refund on the cleaning. Not good enough.
