        What a great experience. I checked all over for someone to get me in for new tires and they did it that day no questions asked. I highly recommend this shop.

        They took my car in, same day for an emergency repair. Mike and the guys diagnosed it that day and advised me of a potential recall. Long story short, my blown engine got replaced for free by the manufacturer and Bukenas Autos honesty saved me thousands of dollars.

        So 450.00 for two headlights replaced without speaking to me. They called once, I missed it then saw the missed call only to be given this price FOR TWO HEADLIGHTS . I saw the videos on YouTube they didn't need to do all they did. Lookup changing headlight. For a 2006 lucerne . One guy did it just from underneath the car .450 for 2 headlights. Here's a free one, try texting next time cause I assusse you I would have said NO.

        Was quoted $4k for some work on my truck from another shop, wanted a second opinion. Took it to Mike @ Bukenas Auto , they told me that work wasnt needed and fixed what was actually wrong for a way different price. Id recommend to anybody in need of a good mechanic. Fast, fair, & honest

      Mr. Ditullio, when you called our shop for a price, we advised you as to the time it would take also the price per hour. You even made an arrangement for an Uber when you dropped off your vehicle as you knew we would need your vehicle for a few hours. Our shop manager also advised you again when dropping off your vehicle, that this would take a few hours at which time you acknowledged due to what you saw online. We are deeply apologetic if there was a missed communication. Unfortunately, this a more complicated headlamp replacement process then a typical standard vehicle.
