We were shopping around to find the right piano for my daughter. Then we find Warner piano company. Called and got an appointment same day. Ralph and Larry really knows about pianos, they were showing us all different kinds of piano. Gave us background history of the brand and detail comparison of each models. We had a wonderful experience! After a week of shopping, we finally decided what we want. The Kawai! We were also impressed by the fast delivery service. What a fantastic experience it was to buy a fine musical instrument from Warner Piano Company! They're a long-standing small business with a competitive model that allows them to offer great prices, and they have a large inventory from which to choose. I shopped around quite a bit and was pleased ultimately to work with Ralph and Larry, who provided excellent service. A special note about Kawai (for which Warner is a dealer): I'm a professional recording engineer specializing in fine art acoustic (classical) music. As such, rote sound is my specialty. These are truly magnificent musical instruments in regard to their resonant, tonal, and mechanical qualities, and they're robust instruments that will last. At work, I practice on Steinway B and D pianos; at home, I find only the deepest pleasure in my Kawai GX-1. It's beautiful, inspiring, and punches way above its weight, as they say.

Thanks to Ralph! We had wonderful experience at Warner Piano. We went there after 4pm to look for an upright piano for my 7 years old daughter. Ralph was showing us all different kind of piano, let my daughter played all the piano in the showroom even the Grand Piano. He was so patiently tell us the stories of the piano, explaining the different of all piano. Even after their business hours, he spend 2 hours to help us find the right piano for unbeatable price that fits my daughters needs, and set up the the fast delivery, I got my brand new Kawai K-200 delivered after one day, Definitely recommend Warner Piano.

Larry and Ralph will give you the best piano buying experience and treat you with respect. There is a legacy of honesty, music and family weaves into this business. I bought a mid-range digital piano, not one of their beautiful acoustics (maybe one day) and they still gave me their undivided attention, answered all my questions, and respectful of my budget. We live in West Philadephia and it was absolutely worth the drive! My family will be thoroughly enjoying having music in our home. Thanks Warner Piano Company!
